All services are provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality service, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
Service Agreements

Payment Terms

Client Responsibilities

Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However:
- We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- We are not responsible for equipment failures due to age, wear, or misuse
- Manufacturer warranties on equipment remain with the manufacturer
- We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits
- Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and insurance
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Printer Pro Assist or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate service agreements according to the terms specified in the agreement. Upon termination:
- All outstanding fees become immediately due
- We will return or destroy client data as requested
- Certain provisions will survive termination, including payment obligations and confidentiality
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Printer Pro Assist from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our services or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.
Changes to Terms
